Midtown Terms and Conditions (Revised)

GUEST CONDUCT AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• All early departures will be charged the full room rate for all nights reserved. Need ID of all the guests.

• Guests are asked not to gather in the hallways as this often creates excessive noise which disturbs other guests.

• Keep guest room doors closed at all times to avoid noise disturbances.

• Each room is limited to the number of guests registered in the room at the time of check-in.

• Your own alcohol is only permitted in guest bedrooms and is prohibited in all other areas of the hotel.

• The Hotel is a SMOKE-FREE FACILITY. The smoking of tobacco, cannabis, and vaping are strictly prohibited in all public spaces including conference rooms, reception areas, restrooms, and in the Suites. Any violations will result in an additional and automatic charge of $500 without further notice. Additionally, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, failure to comply may result in a fine for offenders and possible expulsion from the premises.

• Guests are not allowed any hot plates or cooking appliances in the units, $500 will be charged for the violation.

• Should housekeeping find any rooms damaged in any way, the Hotel will charge the credit card responsible for the room for all damages and/or cleanup fees in an amount determined at the sole discretion of the Hotel.

• CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Each guest must check-in at the Front Desk, provide a credit card for pre-authorization or a debit card deposit for incidental charges, and complete the required registration form.

• Early check-in (before 3:00 PM): Additional charge of $35.

• CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM. We require each guest to check out individually at the Front Desk.

• Late check-out fee: Between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM is an automatic $35 charge; after 3:00 PM, it will be equal to one day's rent.

• Guests do not hold Midtown Inn management responsible for any type of personal injury due to snow or ice.

• Room rates will vary according to the suites in question (Single room, Double room).

• An additional charge is applicable per guest, per room, per night, unless otherwise noted.

• You must be 18 years or older to rent a room.

• VISITORS: As per our Hotel Policy, outside visitors of the resident guest are not allowed to enter the guest's room at any time without the permission of the Midtown management. Otherwise, visitors can be met only in the restaurant or reception area. It is strictly prohibited for the visitor to enter the guest room, and resident guests would have the sole responsibility to follow this rule. NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED AFTER 10 PM.

• If a complaint occurs due to the negligence of those occupying a guest room, disorderly conduct, unlawful activities, or repeated noise complaints, the offending guests may be evicted and/or receive additional charges to their account in an amount at the sole discretion of the Hotel. If a guest is evicted, the evicted guest shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever. If damages occur to the guest room or other areas of the Hotel, the cost of the damage will be charged to the credit card registered upon check-in without further notice.

• Gates are closed from 12:00 Midnight to 5:00 AM.

• There is a NO REFUND POLICY on all room rentals.

• Without limitation, the generality of the foregoing, some minimum charges to your credit card for damages include, but are not limited to:

• Damaged Television - $1,000
• Holes in walls - $500 per hole
• Broken mirror - $200
• Burn, tear, or damage to carpet - $400
• Burn, tear, or damage to linen and towel - $100
• Burn, tear, or damage to mattress - $500
• Broken or damaged lamp - $100
• Broken or damaged window - $1,000
• Removal of the fire detector is a criminal offense and will be an automatic charge of $1,000.

• GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS: Guests are requested to observe, abide by, and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and Government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

• THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD OR ALTER ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND RULES.
